Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every prompt, image and video on WandVideo. All inputs are screened automatically before generation, and every model we offer runs with its provider's safety checker enabled. Blocked requests are not charged. Repeated violations result in account suspension without refund.

Prohibited content

You may not use WandVideo to create, upload or request:

1. Sexual content – nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material of any kind.
2. Content involving minors – any sexualised depiction of a minor, and any content that exploits or endangers children. We report such attempts to the relevant authorities.
3. Non-consensual depictions of real people – deepfakes, impersonation, or placing an identifiable real person (public figure or private individual) into a scenario without their consent, including uploading photos of people who have not agreed to be used.
4. Graphic violence and gore – realistic depictions of severe injury, death, torture, self-harm or cruelty to animals.
5. Hate and harassment – content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics, or that threatens or bullies an individual.
6. Illegal activity – content that promotes terrorism, weapons manufacture, drug production, fraud, or any other crime.
7. Deceptive media – fake news footage, fabricated statements from real people, or any video intended to mislead about real events without a clear disclosure that it is AI-generated.
8. Infringing content – material that violates someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights, including recognisable characters or logos you do not own.
9. Malicious use – spam, malware distribution, or attempts to circumvent our safety systems, rate limits or credit system.

Uploaded images

Only upload images you own or have permission to use. Images are moderated before they reach a model. Do not upload photographs of real people unless you have their explicit consent.

Enforcement

• Blocked prompts and images are logged with your account ID.
• A small number of accidental blocks does not affect your account. Repeated attempts to generate prohibited content lead to a warning, then a suspension.
• We may remove generated content and terminate accounts that violate this policy, and we cooperate with law enforcement where required.

Reporting

If you see content generated with WandVideo that violates this policy, email abuse@wandvideo.com with a link or description.
