About MiniMax H3 Max
MiniMax is the company behind the Hailuo video app. H3 Max is its newest video model, post-trained for stronger prompt adherence and more polished aesthetics than the base H3. Every clip ships with generated audio.
Modes available on WandVideo
- Text to video with six aspect ratios, from 21:9 ultrawide to 9:16 vertical.
- Image to video with a start image and an optional end image.
Durations run from 5 to 15 seconds. Resolutions are 480p, 768p (native) and 1080p (refined from 768p).
Prompting tips
- H3 Max expands prompts automatically in balanced mode, so short prompts still work. Add detail when you want tight control.
- Camera terms such as orbit, crane up and handheld are understood reliably.
- Vertical 9:16 output is well suited to short-form social clips.
Credits
H3 Max is one of the most affordable models on WandVideo. Cost depends on duration and resolution only; audio is always included. 768p offers the best quality per credit.
Limitations
- Audio cannot be switched off at the provider level.
- 1080p is an upscale of the native 768p render rather than a native 1080p pass.
